I am a die-hard Windows XP user, but that still doesn’t inspire me to slip on my windows regalia and mince over to the mall….heheheheheh. Seriously though, I feel that Ubuntu is only getting better, and that Microsoft will not be selling Windows 7 to me the next time I buy a new computer or notebook……
I am a great fan of Windows.
@Daryn St. Pierre: I am almost in the same situation as your are.. I love all the OS!
For years, I was a Windows user because that was all I knew and all I had access to. At the time it worked and served its purpose well. It had it’s abundance of issues but when you’re using it for that long, you just get used to them.
When my career as a graphic artist began and evolved into my current position as a professional web developer, I became an avid Mac and OS X user. Since then, I haven’t looked back and don’t plan on doing so any time soon. I loathe Windows and the OS X operating system suits my workflow perfectly. It’s intuitive, responsive, stable and has a huge library of out-of-box features and functionality. I can navigate through the entire interfact with keystrokes alone and it saves me precious time. On top of that, it rarely ever crashes or freezes up. I know that when I start a project and stores files on it, I won’t run the high risk of losing them or having them compromised.
Throughout these years, Windows still rocks. Mac has a lot but of eye-candies tsk.
