I love Bokeh photography, it’s what got me into photography in the first place. My first success in that field was a broken bench. See it here: http://martinsoler.com/2010/01/25/broken-bench/
hey great collection on bokeh photography..the liquid gold is an excellent pic wit an eye catchy subject wit a beutifully blurred background..i really love to take bokeh pics as the subject that v capture r in focus n the foreground wont disturb the viewers..also great timing in bokeh drop..
OK, I’ve never known the correct name or term, but I definitely will not forget “Bokeh”, ever. The out-of-focus background components are something that really appeals to my inner designer, and out of this comprehensive gallery of really cool images the one that I like the most is undoubtedly Fallen Cup. I like this perspective a lot.

Brilliant pictures, and now I can tell everyone my old pictures aren’t out of focus they are actually 100% bokeh!
Many people mistake bokeh as a photo with a low depth of field. But Bokeh is very specific. It is a term referring to the appearance of point of light sources in an out-of-focus area of an image produced by a camera lens using a shallow depth of field.
For an image to have bokeh it has to have small light points, like “Sunshine instead of Rain” above. However photos like “he has my eyes” and “chain” are just low depth of field shots and do not demonstrate bokeh.
You can see bokeh effects above. The photos with the hex shaped patterns come from a lens with 6 blades in its diaphragm. The more blades, the more round the bokeh will be. Typically 9 blades will provide a nice circle.
really nice collection
